  • Where can I find my affiliate link?

    Your unique affiliate link is available in your affiliate dashboard. Once you log in, you'll see your personal referral link ready to copy and share. When someone shops through your link, your referral code is automatically applied so any eligible sales can be tracked back to you. You'll also receive a unique coupon code to share. Sales made with your coupon code will be credited to you as well, even if the customer doesn't use your link.

  • How do I receive commission I earn?

    Commission is tracked automatically whenever a customer makes eligible purchases through your affiliate link or coupon code. Once an order is approved and clears our refund/return window, your earnings move from "pending" to "approved" in your dashboard. Payouts are issued via PayPal on a monthly schedule. To avoid any payout delays, please confirm your payout details, such as your PayPal email, are completed and accurate in your account settings.

  • Where can I see my sales and earnings data?

    You can view all of your sales and earnings data in your affiliate dashboard. The Dashboard tab gives you an overview of your clicks, referred orders, conversion rate, and total commission, with the option to filter by date range. The My Earnings tab shows each referred order and its current status, such as pending, approved, or paid. The Payouts tab shows your payout history.

  • Which purchases are eligible for commission?

    You can earn commission on eligible purchases made through your affiliate link or unique coupon code. To be credited to you, the customer must either click your affiliate link before purchasing or use your coupon code at checkout. Cookie windows attribute sales to customers who purchase within 30 days of using your link. Commissions are only earned on approved orders that are not canceled, refunded, returned, or flagged as fraudulent.
